if i am not the driver what do i do?
you will recieve a mail violation but check off section "B" and include
a copy of your drivers license to be mailed before the appearence date.
Am i still held acountable for the citation if i no longer own the vehicle?
You must identify with the business or person that sold you the vehicle
if the vehicle was stolen at the time of citation check section "B" before appearance date.
Do Photo Enforcement flash units cause collisions?
no, The flash duration is less than 1/2000th of a second. but the flash vaires
with time of day but ultimatley does not cause collision to occur.
Are license plate sprays and covers sold to prevent photography of plates by Photo Enforcement cameras prohibited by law?
A) A person shall display the license plate or plates as follows:
1. vehicle, motorcycle, trailer or semitrailer, on the rear
2. a vehicle for which two license plates are issued, the vehicle owner shall display either of the following:
* One plate on the rear.
* One plate on the front and one plate on the rear.
B) A person must display the license plate clearly so that it is legible from even a great
distance
1. To prevent the plate from swinging.
2. At a height of at least twelve inches from the ground to the bottom of the plate.
3. In a position to be clearly visible.
